Can't See Purchased Extensions or License Keys in Your WeltPixel Account

Problem


After logging in to your WeltPixel account, your purchased extensions and license keys are not visible in the dashboard. This may also result in a "Sorry, you need a valid license key to view this content" error appearing on your Magento store for an installed WeltPixel extension.


This typically happens when you are logged in to a different email address than the one used to place the original orders.


Solution


  1. Identify the email address associated with your purchases.
  • Check your inbox for the original order confirmation email from WeltPixel. The recipient address is the account email tied to your purchases.
  • Note that email addresses can differ in small but significant ways (for example, joel.smith@example.com vs. jsmith@example.com).


  1. Log out of your current WeltPixel account.


  1. Log back in using the correct email address — the one from your order confirmation.


  1. Verify your orders and licenses are now visible in your account dashboard.


  1. Retrieve your license key for the affected extension from the dashboard and ensure it is entered correctly in your Magento admin.


Verification


Once logged in to the correct account, you should see all purchased extensions listed in your dashboard along with their associated license keys. The "Sorry, you need a valid license key" error on your store should resolve once the correct license key is active for your domain.
