# Can't See Purchased Extensions or License Keys in Your WeltPixel Account

## Problem

After logging in to your WeltPixel account, your purchased extensions and license keys are not visible in the dashboard. This may also result in a **"Sorry, you need a valid license key to view this content"** error appearing on your Magento store for an installed WeltPixel extension.

This typically happens when you are logged in to a different email address than the one used to place the original orders.

## Solution

1. **Identify the email address associated with your purchases.**
* Check your inbox for the original order confirmation email from WeltPixel. The recipient address is the account email tied to your purchases.
* Note that email addresses can differ in small but significant ways (for example, `joel.smith@example.com` vs. `jsmith@example.com`).

2. **Log out of your current WeltPixel account.**

3. **Log back in using the correct email address** — the one from your order confirmation.

4. **Verify your orders and licenses are now visible** in your account dashboard.

5. **Retrieve your license key** for the affected extension from the dashboard and ensure it is entered correctly in your Magento admin.

## Verification

Once logged in to the correct account, you should see all purchased extensions listed in your dashboard along with their associated license keys. The **"Sorry, you need a valid license key"** error on your store should resolve once the correct license key is active for your domain.
