Manual (SSH) Installation if product is purchased from Magento Marketplace
Thanks for your purchase!
Only Composer installation is available for extensions purchased from Magento Marketplace — we know it stinks. However, if you need Manual (SSH) Installation, we’ve got you covered with two scenarios:
1. Free Products
If you purchased a Free Extension, go to weltpixel.com and re-download the product.
You’ll be able to get instant access to the extension ZIP files under the Downloadable Products section of your weltpixel.com account.
2. Paid Products
If you purchased a Paid Extension on Magento Marketplace, you’ll most likely require a License Key.
- Create an account on weltpixel.com and make sure the billing address is filled in.
- Once the account is created, open a ticket with our support team and confirm the following details:
- Order Number
- weltpixel.com account email address
This way we’ll be able to add the product to your weltpixel.com account and you’ll gain access to the latest product updates, as well as the License Key required for installation.
💡 Note: Hopefully, Magento Marketplace will provide a Vendor Order API in the future so we can automate this process.
