Support & Product Updates

We know how important it is to maintain product compatibility with new Magento versions, security patches, PHP versions, Elastic Search, and more. This takes significant work, and we’re proud to handle it for our customers.

For over 10 years, we’ve maintained compatibility for all our products without any additional costs beyond the initial purchase. However, as the Magento ecosystem has evolved, we’ve reached a point where we need to choose between two paths:

• Abandoning certain extensions
• Introducing a cost for future product updates

Abandoning extensions would have a much larger negative impact, as it would prevent merchants from keeping their stores updated with the latest Magento, PHP, and security standards.

That’s why we’ve chosen to continue supporting all of our products with updates and compatibility adjustments. To sustain this effort, we’ve introduced a cost for Support & Updates after the included support period ends. This ensures we can keep improving our extensions and adapting them to ongoing Magento ecosystem changes.

What’s Changing?

Starting March 2023, all products now include:

• 1 year of Support and Updates (previously only 1 month was included)

This means for 365 days after your purchase, you’ll have access to:

• Our Support Team for any questions or assistance with the product
• All product versions released during your active support period

Extending Support & Updates

Once your initial year is up, you can extend Support & Updates only when needed:

• 1 year extension = 100% of product price
• Example: If the product costs $249, then 1 year of extended support & updates costs $249
• 1 year extension (Yearly Subscription) = 90% of product price (10% discount)
• **Lifetime free Updates & Support **- available for Google Analytics 4 and Google Analytics 4 PRO
