WeltPixel License Showing "Invalid" in Magento Admin Out Of The Blue

Problem

You may see "Invalid" license messages for your WeltPixel modules in the Magento Admin panel, even though your license keys are valid and your support plan is active.

The error message typically reads:

License missing or invalid for the following WeltPixel module(s):
[Module Name] => This license key is invalid, please add a valid license key.

Why This Happens

The WeltPixel Backend module caches license validation data locally. Occasionally, this cached data can become outdated, causing valid licenses to appear as "Invalid."

Solution

Simply log out of your Magento Admin panel and log back in. This refreshes the cached license validation data and resolves the "Invalid" status.

1. Click your username in the top-right corner of the Magento Admin
2. Click Sign Out
3. Log back in with your credentials
4. Navigate to System > WeltPixel Licenses to verify your licenses now show as Valid

If you've logged into your WeltPixel account but don't see your purchased extensions or license keys, this is likely because your account was created with a different email address than the one you're using now.

If logging out and back in doesn't resolve the problem:

• Clear your Magento cache: Go to System > Cache Management and click Flush Magento Cache
• Verify your license key: Visit your WeltPixel account and check that your license keys match what's entered in your Magento Admin
• Check your domain: Ensure the domain in your license key matches your current store URL
