How to Change Email Logo in Magento 2
Your Magento 2 store often uses emails as the first touchpoint with customers, so these should match your brand. Here’s how to replace the default email logo with your own.
Steps
- In the Magento Admin, go to Content → Design → Configuration → (select your Store View) → Edit → Transactional Emails.
- Upload your logo under Logo Image, and (optionally) set Logo Image Width and Logo Image Height. You can also change the default Header Template and Footer Template if needed.
- Click Save Configuration, then flush the cache in System → Cache Management. Reload a recent transactional email (or send a test order) to verify the new logo appears.
Tips
- If the logo doesn’t update, clear your browser cache and any CDN/application caches.
- Use a transparent PNG or SVG where supported, and keep file size small to improve email load times.
