How to Change Email Logo in Magento 2

Your Magento 2 store often uses emails as the first touchpoint with customers, so these should match your brand. Here’s how to replace the default email logo with your own.

Steps

  1. In the Magento Admin, go to Content → Design → Configuration → (select your Store View) → Edit → Transactional Emails.

  1. Upload your logo under Logo Image, and (optionally) set Logo Image Width and Logo Image Height. You can also change the default Header Template and Footer Template if needed.

  1. Click Save Configuration, then flush the cache in System → Cache Management. Reload a recent transactional email (or send a test order) to verify the new logo appears.

Tips

  • If the logo doesn’t update, clear your browser cache and any CDN/application caches.
  • Use a transparent PNG or SVG where supported, and keep file size small to improve email load times.

Want richer email designs?

For drag‑and‑drop customization, consider the Email Template Editor, also included in the Pearl Theme.
